how can I check the rest of my conto

Good afternoon

recently relocated in Germany and i bought a smart l prepaid card

how can I see the use of my conto for example how much money still have for Internet and calls

also I have a Samsung s4 and tried to download  die mein o2 app but says it's not available in my country! !!

Hi Angeliki,

do you have a foreign Appstore-Account? Mabye you can switch this to german? Should be possible to download the app then.

Otherwise you can use following codes to check your tariff options:

*101# - current money on account

*103# - to redeem a voucher code you bought

*104# - to organize your current packs and to book new packs or cancel anything you don't want to use anymore

*107# - to see your current tariff and change options
