Hi I have written before writing again, I WANT O2 CONTRACT CANCELLED, I have written a letter to O2 office in Nurnberg at the end of jan18. Please let me know whether my contract is cancelled or not. Reason for cancellation I have left Germany and started living in Norway since feb2018. Secondly, I was told by the O2 shop people that I will not be charged extra for using the o2 services in Norway, but I have been charged 43.22 euro instead of the regular bill. Please let me know the problem solution and I want to close my German bank account from where I am being charged.
