Extra charges added for Surf Upgrade M

My name is pramod sxxxxxxx.
my no is xxxxxxx.

 

i have cancled this Surf Upgrade M plan last month around 10. but still in this new bill its reflected.

telling they have deducted 10 euro extar for this..
i need a explanation for this.

And i cancled o2 plan starting of this month through fax. i still did not get any acknoledgment telling your o2 will be canceled.

please do needfull for the same.

    when did you cancel the Surf Upgrade? Around Oktober 10th?
    Then the Surf Upgrade M ends around November 10th, because the internet packs end 30 days after cancellation.

    if you cancel the whole contract you normally get a respond after 4-6 weeks
