Dear Team, i accidentally Activated the pack "Flat sms" today morning which costs 9.99 euros, which I didn't want to use. Immediately, I unsubscribed the plan. However, I have not got back the amount (refund) in my account. Please help!!

Mistakes can happen, but watch out next time about the options that you are going to activate. ☺️

The cancellation (immediately or not) does not automatically refund your money.

Accidentally activated? Sure? 😉

To activate the package, you must first order the package and in the next step you must confirm the order.

I will ask for a solution. Please stand by.
