Contract Cancellation !

Hello,
I was send the "Kündigungsbrief" before few mouth ago (almost one year).
And at 2th März 2018 I reviced the "Kündigungsbestätigung" in my email. Everything looks fine.
My contract is from 28.09.2016 (two years). Untill 28.09.2018.
But untill now. It was still pay from my bank account every mouth !!!! (October 17.49 Euro and November 17.49 Euro, coming next mouth again 22.66 Euro ). My Handy SIM card was already deactived. I did never used it for a long time !!!
My Kunden-Nr.: 2017158353
Please do as soon as passible to cancell this. I know this is "o2" style. If it not solve in 24 hours. I will pubulish this case.

    But nevertheless, you still have an open amount. For this reason you received a letter. Please contact the company mentioned on this letter.

      Hello,
      I'm already leave German for a year. Now is 2018. So could you do something model not like a send a Paper Letter to an older adress ? Everybody has a Email. Why don't use that ? Solve this as soon as passible please.
