Hallo O2,
I made 2years contract already. But, im thinking to break it because i feel so useless. Almost everyday i have no signal or probably only E. I asked O2 about it then O2 gave me new card but nothing changed. I still have no good signal. Its kinda weird because i live in the city centre. I also want to ask you, why i have limit to call or send sms??As long as i known, my contract is a flat rate, i could call as long as i want and send msg as much as i want. Pls reply or call me soon. I dont want to go to O2 counter service in freiburg anymore, all the staff are not proffesional and not friendly. Thank you.

Hi @Rizki ,

what's the name of your tariff? When was the contract made or prolonged? What conditions you should have?

Do you have no or a weak signal only at special places or anywhere?

Fuchs

Hi Fuchs,

I have blue all-in M contract. €24.99.
I made it exactly last year. I have weak signal almost everywhere, eventhough sometimes i have 3G i also could not use my internet properly. So nearly every month i only use around 150mb..althought i have capacity till 1GB.
I called call centre 2months ago then they send me new card. But, my signal still bad until today. I would like to break my contract or maybe downgrade my contract. Bcs i paid €24.99 or sometimes i had bill more than that..for nothing.

Regards,
Rizki

Hi Rizki,

I'm afraid breaking your contract will not be possible. You will have to fulfill your contract untill the end of the regular term.

Downgrading the contract would cost a special fee and would be comparably expensive.

If the SIM is not the cause for your Problems with the signals and the problems exist wherever you stay, the cause could possibly be found in the cellular?
