Cancelation of the contract via hotline but failed due to the language was in german

Hello,
My contract cancelation date was 25th January. I cancelled my contract online on 23ed January. I called on hotline to cancel my contract on 2nd February but the language of the computer who was dealing with me was in German and my German skills are not good. I did provide the information till my 4 digit personal code but after that I couldn't understand the further instructions. I was traveling on 3rd feb It was impossible for me to call again . Now I want to cancel my contract it is 2 days late for the 10 days termination period . I wanted to ask what can I do now? and Is there a way I can cancel my contract but with english instructions ?.

As you did not cancel the contract correctly, it will be prolonged for another 12 months. I doubt that anyone at o2 will end it before. You should now cancel it by letter or fax, so that it will end at least next year.
