Yesterday I received two emails from Kundenbetreuung@o2.com and info@telefonica.com?. It was very strange.

First, the email address seems wrong, because I can never send the email to Kundenbetreuung@o2.com or  info@telefonica.com.

Second, the coming email asked me to make a signature and fax the signature to the fax number 0800 55 222 55. I strongly doubt that it is a cheat.

Does anybody have similar experience?

Thank you.

What is it what the sig is for? Did you order anything, or requested any changes?

I requested change. But I doubt whether the email address and the fax number is correct or not. because I can never send the email to this email address.

The following is the reply

If you requested a change and you are asked for auf and Fax it, so it is legit. And you see what you sign, so if it corresponds to your request, do it.
