Cancellation of contract due to moving out of country

We are moving out of Germany permanently on 30th Oct 2019 and therefore would kindly request to cancel our contract from the same date. Can you please take our request and inform us what else is required from our end?

    @snehagala what kind of contract? Mobile or DSL contract? 24 months or 1 months Flex contract?
