I've already left Germany and I have faxed all the documents O2 needed to end the contract(including the abmeldungbestaetigung) about half an month ago. But until now O2 didn't respond to my requirement and is keeping charging money from my bank account. Is there a way for me to contact them and end the contract immediately? It sucks to keep waiting....
