Contract termination (mobile) - no confirmation

Hi, 

I want to cancel my mobile contract for 0176-xxxxx360.

I did the normal procedure on http://www.o2online.de, then called the number 0800 80 85 800. 

But I haven't received the confirmation email. 
Could you please help me with this?
