Dear O2,

I have recently joined a company and I would be getting my office sim card. So, I would like to initiate the cancellation process of my current O2 sim card. Would you please assist me in the process.

thanks for your request. I regret that you would like to cancel your contract.

As I see, you have already cancelled your contract. We will end your contract on 18th April 2019.
