DSL connection problem

Hello,

I have a problem with the router.. I donot know why there is red light in the ‘info’. 

I tried to turn on and off the power and reset as well but it still remaining with the red light.

I would like to ask how I can contact to technician.. or Can I fix it by myself?

You can use the o2 DSL Hilfe App. If the App advises you to call the hotline (08005251378), please do so. If you don’t speak German, ask a German speaking friend to help you.

welcome to our community.

 

Please give me some more information:

When was your DSL switched on?
Was the connection intact before?

You could try to install the o2 DSL help app on your smartphone and run a test. Small things can be fixed directly, alternatively you can open a ticket inside the app and you will get technical support.
