Connection Problem

Dear Team,

We have been O2 customer for nearly 2 years, recently we have been facing a huge problem because of no stable connection, sometimes the network is disconnecting and sometimes it is very slow that the page takes minutes to load again.

 

Kindly check this issue and help us to resolve at the earliest possible.

Is the problem with WiFi or wirh the DSL connection? If it is the DSL connection, have you reported the problem to o2?

If you have problems with your wifi connection you can solve it with the o2 DSL Hilfe App. It can also be switched to English language. Please find more information on technical issues here.

 

Otherwise please call our technical support, if possible with a German speaking friend.
