Meine Bestellung noch mal Bestellen!!!

Hello Community,

I recently ordered a tablet ( IPad Air II ) on the 26th and as it follows DHL told me my name wasn't well written on my brief case. So they brought it back to the O2 and i'm looking for way to have it back. Im presently in göttingen for a month - 3, but my address is in Trier. What i did was i used the address of trier to receive the Bills ( Rechnung ) and a friends address here in göttingen to get the tablet. So I've been calling the whole day long just to get in touch with a customer service but it's to no avail.O2 just send me an email that i have to pay for the product, which i don't even have. So I'll be glad if someone could help me through.  Thanks ☺️
