I want to cancel my contract, please help!

Hi,

I've had a contract with O2 for years, I left Germany years ago, but my contract keeps renewing. I have sent a letter requesting the cancellation but I'm still being charged and I haven't received any response. I don't have my O2 password, but I have the phone number, the contract number and all my details. Can someone please help me? Thanks!
