Galaxy S6 edge+tablet

Hi... I have ordered from O2 web site Samsung S6 Edge + GRATIS tablet together with O2 Blue All in XL tarife... In email i have recived answer that for a mobile phone o2 can not meet my order,but in other email said that Sim card with tarife is on way to me... I have ordered mobile phone and tarife TOGETHER,i have NO intrests in tarife alone...I have ordered tarife only because mobile phone and tablet...What to do now?? Thanks
