I had cancelled my DSL-contract since I have moved out of Germany from July 30th 2017. But still I am getting the bills for last 2 months. the amount is getting deducted automatically from bank account.
I had sent the cancellation fax already ref number : 01805880088 with the neceassy proof documents.
Also I had sent the router back via Post.
Please refund the amount taken for last month.

in germany all telkos can charge 3 months of your flat when you cancel the contract because of a move.
When you cancel the contract in july then it will be canceld on 30.08.(last day of August.)
Did you recieve a cancellation letter? You can proof that by check your lasts bills. Maybe the bill from August was the last bill.

Sorry, I did not received the cancellation letter yet.
I received a mail on 09.09.2017 with a subject line "Bereitstellung Ihrer Online-Rechnung (Kundennummer DE16277004 )" mentioning that the fee/amount will be charged on 16.09.2017 from my bank account and it got deducted as well.
Please confirm whether the cancellation mail is sent by the system.

Im a customer too...i cant say anything about your account.
You can only login into your o2 Account on the o2 website and check your last bills by yourself.
The login data was written in your cancellation letter that didnt arrived you. Your only chance is the contact hotline or you sending a letter/Fax.
