Hello,

I would like to port my prepaid O2 number to another provider however i don't know how can do it, can you please proceed for me? Thanks.

You have to have a balance of at least 24,95€. If you have your phone number linked to this account, a moderator will confirm the opt in.

    Hey @JWCL,
    you have to register with the mobile number at "my o2". If you are then logged in, you can register again in the forum with a new username :)
