I ordered a postpaid plan online on February 26th, 2021, but have not yet received the simcard. It is already March 6th, 2021. I need for it badly for my online class on march 8. I have checked the status, the address and the data are correct, please help me, this is the order WSFCxxxxxx

I cannot see the status of delivery because of no tracking number. 

Please help me? Thank you very much in advance.

As I see you cancelled already your contract with the tariff “o2 Free Unlimited Smart Flex”.
