Hallo!



I recently had an extension of my contract with O2 for another two years, but I didn’t get a new handy for it because as what I know, I would have to continue paying for the hardware.



I am aware that the mobile and hardware have their own contracts. I would like to know when the last payment for the hardware will be.



My previous contract was until 29.06.2019, but I applied for an extension until 2020.

You should be able to see when the last payment is due for the "Handy" (sic) in the payment plan.

you didn't buy your mobile phone at o2, that is why it doesn't appear in Mein o2.

But the monthly extra payment of 10 EUR ("Tarifzuschlag") for it should end on 29.06.19, which means it will appear on the upcoming bill in July for the last time.

I know this is not related, but would it be possible to order a new Handy from O2 before the end of the Ratenzahlung of my previous Handy?
You can order a new mobile at any time.

And yes, you can browse our online shop and look for a new smartphone or tablet; if you decide to buy one, this will then be a contract seperate to your mobile contract with its own runtime.
