My O2 DSL connection recently got changed to my name one month ago, after my flatmate moved. I got the confirmation order in my name, but it had no PIN. I have set up the router but now I am stuck at zugangs PIN which I do not know how to find. I tried all 10 digit alphanumeric combinations from the new router/my confirmation order and none of them help. I have tried calling the customer care at least 5-6 times and waited 4-5 minutes each time and not a single time my call was answered. I've already paid a month's rent without using any internet and now I don't know what to do. I see the same question asked throughout the forum with hardly any concrete answers (many answers seem to suggest that I have to log in and find the PIN in the second page of a document there, but like I said above, in my case this document has PIN field empty. I am attaching a screen shot of the PDF). Can someone please help me out? (It also doesn't help that I am new to Germany and have to translate every single thing online to figure out what it says)
