Hello,

 

I'd bought a mobile phone contract for 24months (Samsung Galaxy S8). With Phone number (+49176xxxxx288).

I'm a student. I've uploaded the Immatrikulation and student ID for the young people offer. Could you please check and provide the offer of discount on the bill. I'd uploaded my docs on 16th Nov 2017. But still i've not received any reponse.

Let me know if any other details are required.

Hi kiranramachandra,

as I see you made that new contract in an o2 shop. When you wanted to have a contract for young people you should have made a young people contract in the shop itself.

Now you got a normal contract for private person. On this kind of contract we can not give you a young people benefit.

Check your contract forms, is there mentioned that it should have been a "Junge-Leute-Vertrag" (Young people contract)? If not, and you do not have any proof of it we can not give you that discount.

The shop itself is your contact person in this situation.

Hello Jessica,

Could you please try to modify the contract so that i can get this benefit. The whole reason I got to O2 was due to this student benefit. It also help me because currently I'm a student and I don't earn. I believe that you could help me in this regard to find an option to get me this benefit.

can you please send me pictures of your contract that you made in the shop as well as your ID card via private message? I explain to you how this works:

Go to the profile of our User o2 Support:

@o2_Support 

On top right you click on "Aktionen", and in that menue "Direktnachricht senden" (which means sending a direct message):



Next step is to attach files like pictures to your message. And write your concern:



Like this you can send them to us, and I will check everything for you then.

Write me here in this thread when you did that so that I can take care of it.

Keep in mind: today is my last day of work for this week. Next will be Monday then!
