wrong phone bill (deduction twice a month)

Hello,

I have an O2 contract (junge)  which is  around 20 euros per month. However, every month O2 is cutting money from my bank twice a month , 17.49 on 4th of the month and 20 euros on 20th of the month. Before, it was normal. However, for few months there is a problem in my bill. I am a student here and I would like O2 to solve this problem and send me my money back.

20€ are for the handy and 17,49€ for the mobile contract i think.

You got a bill for 17,49€ and no bill for 20€, right?

Yes, I bought a handy. And your figures are exactly correct. However, when I signed the contract it was written in contract that i will pay around 25 euros per month. Now they are deducing 37,49 euros per month.

Can you post a screenshot from the contract with the total amount of 25€. (remove your name, adress, customer nr., number etc.)
