Hi. I have a 20gb data plan. What happens when i use all this volume before the end of the month? I will be disconnected from data services or they will still be available just at a low speed?

Hello!

You have an unlimited access to the Internet. If your inclusive data volume is used up before the billing period ends (Abrechnungszeitraum on Page 1 of your bill /upper right corner), then the speed is throttled. In the new billing cycle, this throttling will be lifted again and you can once again use your 20 GB high-speed volume at full speed.

Hi @Mr_Angry,

thanks for your inquiry.

@TBCMagic already gave you some information. Even after you have used the normal data volume of 20 GB, you still have access to the mobile internet with 1 Mbit/s even with LTE-connection.

I hope I could answer all your questions.

Loving greetings,
Tobias
