Second thing, I have payed for the option 5GB, I have received the SMS that is active but in my O2 application don't appear active, and the internet is working like s****.

yes, it is possible for you to change from your o2 Free L (2018) to o2 Free unlimited, but mind that the unlimited tariff has no unlimited function and you have to pay 4,99 Euro for each multicard. Besides you loose your 24x30 Euro discount on hardware. The price for the o2 Free unlimited is 59,99 Eur per month plus 4,99 Euro for the multicard.
At the moment you have 38 GB Volume (30 +5 +3 GB).
