Hi,
I did order one O2 pre-paid sim and since then having trouble activating it. I am having Indian passport.
I tried to activate the sim using the video call method but POSTIDENT told Indian passport authentication can not be done online so advised me to visit the post office (post bank or deutsche post). I visited them ( 2 of them in Dortmund) and none of them able to activate it and advised me to contact 02 store...again they are asking they can't do anything if you don't buy sim from them but order online!! Looks like it is a trap! The sim with some 300 min call and 1.5G data plan charged me 10 euro and of no use now( looks like)! Any idea how to get my SIM activated? Need help in urgent.
