Could you please advise me on how to obtain my entire history of top-ups?
Suddenly, this issue became of great importance o me, since I am obliged to demonstrate to my current employer that I have not been living in the country where I presently work for the last five years in order to receive expatriation allowance.
Since I am advised by my lawyer to collect as much as proofs as possible, I am asking O2 for the assistance, since in the referent period I used to live in Germany, where I used to top-up my prepaid O2 mobile phone frequently.
To be more precise, my employer is not interested in how much I spent, it is important to prove that the phone has been used in Germany. Therefore, I would greatly appreciate if you could provide me with history of my payments containing dates and locations from which the top-up was executed.

It has been two days since I posted my question, but still no answer from your side. I have noticed that you have answered to all inquiries that were posted after mine, but I am still on hold. Is the information you find in the e-mail therefore sufficient for you?

Indeed, according to my request I received an email containing my data.
However, the email contains only a very recent top-up history (Aufladehistorie), from August 2018 until today.
Therefore I would very much appreciate if O2 can send me an email that contains my entire top-up history, or at least from 1.1.2013, since it is the only data I am interested in to receive.
Would that be possible?

According to your wish, I ordered now the invoices from January 2013 until September 2018.
You will get these documents by letter.
