Today I have received my order of sim. According to my understanding, I booked this order for 24.99 Euros per month but in my O2 it is showing monthly 39.99 Euros. Can you please clear me with this confusion.

    Hi @faizagul,

    sure, let me explain you our billing system regarding your tariff. ☺️

    • 39,99 EUR is the basic fee for all "o2 Blue All-in L" tariffs
    • you got a discount in the amount of 10,00 EUR per month (24 months)
    • in addition you will receive a discount in the amount of 5,00 EUR per month (12 months)

    After deduction of the above mentioned discounts you will pay:

    • 1st year: 24,99 EUR
    • 2nd year: 29,99 EUR
