To return O2 homebox router

Hi,

I have cancelled my order and have also received confirmation for the same almost 3 4 days back, still O2 Homebox router has been delivered to me.

Now I don't know what to do with the router, as order is already cancelled.

Please let me know. My customer number is : XXXXXXXXXX

Hello sourabhraj1006,
the DSL ordering and activation process is quite complex so it is possible that you recieve hardware even if you canceled the contract.
You can send back the router free of charge. You either have the documents to send it back inside the parcel or you can arrange the sending back to us here.
