My project contract with client finished before the expected date and hence I have to leave the country.That's why I want to cancel my o2 contract. I have send the letter to o2 together with the assignment end letter a week ago which says that I am leaving the country on 17th Dec 2016 but there is no response from O2. Please let me know as I want to settle this before I leave.

Thanks for your response.The only problem is I am leaving Germany on 16th Dec 2016 and then I will not be able to receive anything from O2 at my address. So I am a little worried that if will be able to send everything before I leave.Is there a way to expedite the process.

first thing that I have to say- this whole thing will not be solved in just two days. First of all you have to hand in all the needed documents, and afterwards the department for cancellations because of moving abroad will work on it.



They have a lot to do, and this will take time. So, if you haven't heard something of them one month after all the needed documents reached the company you can contact me here and we will see what we can do.



First of all fill out the form that you find attached to my answer here now, and hand in all the needed documents that are mentiones in that form.

I have send all the required documents together with the form for the closure of my O2 connection but still I have not received any confirmation from O2. Please disconnect this asap as I am already out of the country and I will have to close my bank account as keeping the bank account costs money. I have send everything via fax as well as via Post.

This is a public forum so I have removed the attachment from your previous entry. You will need to send the deregistration document to o2 by fax or post.

I have already left Germany and I am in India at the moment.Before leaving Germany I handed over all of my documents including deregistration confirmation to my friend in Germany who confirmed me that he has already send deregistration copy to O2 by fax as well as by post. Please double on your side as he told me that he has already send that.



If there is any email ID please let me know I can also send the same via email.

Hi Jessica



I have not heard anything from O2. I have completely moved out of Germany and I still have to continue with my German bank account because of this O2.Since I am not getting any salary now I have to a pay minimum fee to the bank.Can you please stop the auto debit which happens on 1st day of the month and settle this as soon as possible.I really have to close my bank account by end of this month as I do not want to continue with a bank account which costs money.

As per our last conversation you said there will be a basic fee deduction for 1 month which already happened on 1st Feb 2017 from my bank account.But today I have received another invoice of 51,61 euro. How is that possible my number has already been deactivated and contract has been closed. Please look into this as soon as possible and provide your feedback.

The amount has been debited from my account on 1st March 2017. Please revert my money because as per our last discussion the contract has been closed and the last amount was already debited from my account on 1st Feb.

everything is correct.



Your contract got deactivated, and the invice of the end of February was the last and final invoice.



You can see that right in it, he invoicing period is until the date when it got deactivated:



O2 Blue All-in L (18.01.2017 - 26.01.2017)



The invoice of January was just the normal invoice for that one period (whole month).



This was now the last of everything. ☺️
