My name is Saurabh and my mobile number is +49176xxxx.I have already left the country and as per my last discussion with one of the O2 member (Jessica) my contract has already been closed and there will be no more debits from my account. But on 1st March 2017 there was a debit of 51.60 euro from my account. Since my contract has already been closed and everything has been settled please stop the auto debits and revert my amount back to my account.I replied several times on my previous thread (Termination of my O2 contract) but no body from O2 is responding and that's why I had to start a new thread. Please its an urgent request to O2 team to stop the auto debits from my account and revert my money as soon as possible.

the Contract has been deactivated. The bill includes the monthly up till the end (27.01.2017) and the fee for the early cancellation. In my understanding, that is what has been agreed to, right?



If I´m dead wrong, please feel free to correct me ☺️

Thanks for your response.Let me explain my problem:



One of your colleague send me the below message in private on 26th January 2017.Please read the below message to understand my complete situation. So my problem is since it was agreed that only one last fee will be charged and the fee was  already charged on 1st Feb 2017 which should be the last fee as per the below message from your colleague.So why it was charged again on 1st March 2017. Please stop the auto debit from my account and revert my money.Hope you will understand my problem.

We now cared for your extraordinary dismissal. Your contract will be deactivated tomorrow. And, because you're already waiting for it for 2 months, the last amount will not be 3 months Basic fees, but 1. So, one last fee that will be charged, and than everything is done! ☺️

your contract was terminated on the 27th of January. Up to this date, you base fee was billed. The costs for the additional month were also billed.



You recevied the bill for that time at the end of february and it was debited soon after.



This bill is the last that you recieved.

And if no other invoices are created, nothing can be deducted from the account.
