I waited for the Telekom technician on 09.05 from 8:00-12:00 and he did not show up. After calling customer service, another appointment for 12.06 from 12:00-16:00 was made and again he did not show up today.
After calling the service team, I was told that the DSL may have been activated remotely which is incorrect as the the page at 192.168.1.1 says that my internet is inactive. At this point, my O2 account remains deactivated. What should I do?

Hello,
if, for whatever reason, the technician für the activation does not show up and the connection still is not running after that date it is necessary to contact our DSL team to arrange a new apointment. If you do not speak any german at all I recommend to call with a friend of yours who does so since we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent.
