Hello all,
I am still receiving emails and SMS for legitimate myself as person under 28.
I have done it few times with my passport and it looks fine, but then again received email or SMS.
I have 5 days more to finish this, is there any other way of doing this e.g. in O2 shop or something, because I want to use benefits of young people tariff.

In order to transmit your young people certification please use this link: https://www.o2online.de/service/vertrag-tarif/fuer-junge-leute/ Please click on the point "Nachweis hochladen" and follow the instruction. I hope you cope with the German language.
Please note that the upload needs to have one of the following formats: pdf, doc, docx, png or jpg. The volume of the document needs to be not more than 5 MB.

I did it like 10 times and every time it said it was successful, maybe something is wrong with your system or whatever.

I have a new problem new, maybe also should create a new question, but yeah...
In order to get my device, I was asked to pay deposit of cca 160€ and I was told that few first payments should be taken from this "deposit".
Today I received notification from my bank that some amount was collected from my account for the monthly rate.
I bought my device and took the tariff one month ago, what happened to that "deposit" in the meantime.
The contract price and one time payment were something like 40€, so its impossible that I don't have any deposit there.

Please be aware of the fact that your tariff is charged seperately from your device.
I suppose that you received a payment information concerning your tariff.
I confirm that we received the amount of 167,00 € on 8th December 2018. Until now, we did not charge you for the device.
I hope you understand your payments better now.
