Struggle with the install adress confirmation.

Hi!

I could not answer the O2 phone call to confirm my install address. Now O2 wrote an e-mail that I have to call them to confirm the address. I've tried to but I do not speak that much German to solve the problem and they refused to speak to me in English.

What should I do now?

I went to an O2 shop, the person there was friendly and helpful, we solved the problem.
