A week ago I entered my card details on the app. Since then I was trying to delete my details and I couldn't. Today I saw a charge of 15! Euro and I did not make any transaction. Can someone tell me what charge is this? It says "Telefonica Germany G".

Please check the following page and your settings: https://www.o2online.de/ecare-prepaid/automatische-aufladung
Red box: If my balance is less than _(euro)_, then charge _(euro)_ from my bank account.
Green box: Top up my credit with _(euro)_ on every _(date)_ from my bank account.
Blue box: Fees for packs and flatrates should be deducted from my bank account, if the prepaid credit is insufficient.

Only the customer service can delete the entry of the bank account.

I would like to inform you now about the reasons for the charge of 14,99 €.
As I can see, you ordered the pack "o2 my Prepaid M" on 12th October 2018.
You can cancel the pack on 9th November 2018. If you like, I can order the cancellation of the pack for you.
Just give me a hint.
