I have tried this before but hopefully here you can help me in English!



I cannot understand if my Sky ticket is cancelled or not. I've tried to do it when the button was still available but never got an sms (nor email nor nothing) confirming it and now it simply says what it did before "abbestellt zum 07.02.2018"



Does this mean that is cancelled already from 7.2.2018 onwards? To make sure I do not get to pay unwanted subscriptions I would like to have this cancelled after the free 6months or even before if necessary. There's also the Sport ticket that I never used but hope that it's only running for a month. In any case I do not wish to have any of these extras active.



I have seen several people with the same issue... how can this be? Isn't there a place online where it actually explains why we don't have a button anymore and where we can understand if it's cancelled or not??

your Sky Sport Ticket gets deactivated at the 29th of November.



And the other Sky Options get deactivated in February. ☺️
