seeking help to cancel Surf upgrade L service

Hello All,

I am Mohammad Ali Noor and I am using o2 blue basic but once somehow in my o2 blue basic package there has been added suf updgrade extra internet service for example..with my o2 blue basic package surf upgrade M internet service has been added. Now, at this moment, i want to cancel my extra internet service that means i want to cancel surf upgrade M service......but i don't know how to do it in online???
