Hi, could you please cancel my option to call or send sms to international Numbers outside EU? Because I do not want to call or send sms bymistakes and incur extra charges. However, I wish to receive calls or sms outside EU.

thank you for your request. Sadly, I am not able do block outbound, international SMS for you.



However, I will be able to block the outbound international calls for you, but at the moment the system is not responding to my request, due to a nationwide disturbance. I do not know, when the disturbance will be resolved.



Would you please be so kind, to notify me again, so that I can take care of your problem, when the system is responding?

I blocked now all international calls for you.



This means that when you are in another country, you cannot make an international call.

And here in Germany you cannot make an international call.



But of course, incoming international calls are possible for you.



I hope that I understood your wish correctly. You will get a confirmation by SMS.

Hi, thank you for your help. Just one question that is international call mean calls to outside EU? I mean can make a mobile call from my number from Germany to poland and vice versa?



If I go to poland and try to call Germany to my friends from there with my mobile phone then I can do that?

thanks for your request.



Please be aware of the fact that the option "Roaming Basic" allows you only to make calls from any EU-country to Germany for free (and within the same EU-country).



Calls from Germany to any EU-country still are charged.



If you like to avoid that, I can order an International Pack for you. 60 minutes from Germany to any EU-country is charged with 4,99 € per month. You can also get 120 minutes for 9,99 € per month.
