Hello,



The 21st of october I ordered a new simcard replacement for my cellphone. It has been already two weeks since this and I havent received it. My o2 account page says I can activate it now which is impossible as I dont have the sim card.



I went to a o2 shop to get a replacement card with them but they say is impossible as I need to activate the one already sent.



Is it possible to cancel everything, get my money back and go to an o2 shop directly to get the sim card as I think this method is taking soo long?

Hello there.

As of rigth now, there should be no trace left of the "old" new SIM-Card.

Every o2-Shop should now be able to change your SIM.
