Relocate DSL Connection

Hello,

       i Would like to move my DSL connection.

       i am Moving into new apartment. First of all i visit the Shop and O2 sale guy told me that he can't do it for me

       because he don't have option.

       then i try to call O2 and wait for 41 Minute for the English Support but no success.

       Now i try to write on the forum, i hope to got any O2 representative to solve this issue.
