In month of April, I shifted from one apartment to another apartment within Erlangen. I was charged 42 Euros for relocation in my monthly bill. In the subsequent bill, I was charged an additional 66 Euros for "Compensation for non-returned DSL rental equipment". I did not order any new equipment. I've just taken the old router that was provided to me by o2 by myself and installed it in my new apartment. Upon reaching out to the customer care team, they said its a mistake that they did not send a router but charged for it. I was told that I'll be receiving a new router and upon receiving it I should return the old router and then my money will be refunded back. I received a new router and also sent the old router 1 month back. But I'm yet to receive the refund. Also the new router is having connectivity issues. The connection drops intermittently. I kindly request some one to look into both the issues (Refund of the amount and the connectivity issues).
