Hello, I ordered an iphone xs (raten) with a 215 euro deposit. When I checked the ratenplan on my account, I still have 53.50 eur monthly due. Can someone explain where the 215 went to? Thanks a lot!

thanks for your request.

Please do not worry. We received your prepayment of 215,00 € on 16th February 2019. This means that in the next 4 months you will not have to pay any rate for your IPHONE XS 256GB.

    the 215 Euro will be charged with the first installments.

    You can not see that on the installment plan.
