Dear o2 team, I have a contract for 2 years with mobile number 0176xxx374, Tarif Blue S for Jungen. When I signed contract on Jan 2016, I have told by the employer at o2 shop that I would have double surfing data volume, which would be 400MB instead of 200MB, because I am younger than 26 years old and also a student.



However, on May 11th I have received a message from o2 with the content that I have exceeded my allowed data volume "Lieber o2 Kunde, Sie haben Ihr Inklusivvolumen verbraucht. Damit Sie weiterhin mit derselben Geschwindigkeit surfen können, haben wir Ihnen 100MB zusätzliches Datenvolumen zum vertraglich vereinbarten Preis zur Verfügung gestellt. Ihr o2 Team"



I have rechecked on o2 website, that my surfing data was only 236 MB on May 13th.



Therefore I do not understand what the problem is, can you please recheck if it the system problem is??? Nevertheless, if it is possible I want to deactivate the Datenautomatik-function

But I can see in your account, that the colleques had fixed that problem and now you have 400 MB fast internet. ☺️
