Prepaid not working after activation.

Sehr geehrte Damen un Herren,

I bought new Prepaid sim some time ago, on 30.10. i did activation true Postident. 

Is there anything else i should do after Postident? Or I should try some else service? 

My Germany is still not so good to speak trough phone, so hope someone can help me here.
