Plan got activated automatically after recharge.

Hello,

I just recharge my account with 15 euro , but after that O2 smart M Bonus plan automatically got updated and my 9.99 euro got deducted, I don't want this plan, I want some other different plan. So I de-active the plan instantly still the money got deducted.So why the plan got activated without my concern?It should not be the case.Please help me out.

    If you have an active plan you no longer want then you need to deactivate it BEFORE you top up your prepaid SIM, otherwise the amount due for the plan will be deducted immediately as soon as sufficient funds are available.
