Hi, I have ordered an item on 29.04.2019
order number is WSHW33139330
Still the item is not dispatched. It show in processing. When are o2 going to dispatch the item? Do you by any chance know how long does it take to ship an item?

welcome to the o2 community!

Since the 1st of May was a bank holiday, some orders will have been dispatched at a slightly later time than usual - but as I can see, your order was successfully delivered to you on May 3 already.
