O2 prepaid sim card recharge is a SCAM !!!

Hallo people,

I have the below prepaid plan - 

I usually recharge for 20 Euros(hoping it to last for 2 months, see below pic). I had last recharged my sim card on 17th August for 20 Euros. 

The below pic shows my usage details - it doesnt show the details from 17th august as I had not activated that option in my O2 online settings. 

PROBLEM

I am not able to make calls or browse internet even though I have still 650MB of data unused. I cant even call other O2 numbers, it says the balance is very low(0.06Euro). My plan has O2 to O2 free calls, then why it cribs about balance? I never called any other number apart from my girl friends which is also O2 0176579*****. Please tell me why I am not able to call or surf internet ?
