I have bought O2 prepaid 1 GB. it said it is included 1 GB internet volume but no internet volume is actived in my phone although i have turned on the data. I have checked on my O2 app, and it said that i have 1 GB internetvolume activated. please help me to make the data can be used on my phone. thank you
