O2 Flex M Contract cancellation

Hello, I will be leaving Nuremberg (Germany) by the end of July 2019. My contract is O2 Flex M , so I can cancel it 1 month before leaving with no minimum contract period. I also have to return the O2 DSL Modem back as well. Can you please guide me what steps to follow?

You can cancel by writing a letter or a fax or you can reserve the cancellation (Kündigungsvormerkung) and confirm it via phone (sadly its luck if you get someone speaking English) or maybe a moderator here in the forum can confirm it for you: https://www.o2online.de/service/vertrag-tarif/kuendigung/ If you don't have a return label, you can create a new one here by entering the serial number of your router.

You have also the possibility to cancel your contract by sending a cancellation letter to the following address:

As soon as we have received the cancellation the cancellation period of one month starts.
